Can I add clear grout seal?
Yes. Clear seal can be selected as an optional add-on for qualifying tile and grout cleaning areas.
What is color seal?
Color seal is an optional grout treatment intended to help create a more uniform grout appearance while adding a protective sealing layer. Suitability depends on the grout and surface condition.
Can I combine tile cleaning with carpet cleaning?
Yes. Carpet, upholstery and tile & grout services can be selected within the same URCPRO cleaning appointment.
Can I combine tile cleaning with upholstery cleaning?
Yes. The booking system allows multiple cleaning categories to be combined into one appointment request.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes. Cleaning appointments have a $150 minimum service charge. All selected carpet, upholstery and tile & grout services combine toward the same minimum.
Do I pay when I book?
No. URCPRO does not collect payment through the online booking form. Your invoice is handled separately.
Is my selected appointment automatically confirmed?
No. The date and arrival window you select are preferred appointment choices. URCPRO reviews availability and confirms the appointment separately.
